We begin the process with a phone consultation. Calls are scheduled at a convenient pre-arranged time, to ensure that we can dedicate our full attention to your needs. During this time, we will throughly discuss your specific imagery requirements.

A pre-shoot questionnaire will be sent to help us better understand your needs and assist in the smooth operation of the day. Together we will take the time to review your goals, build a detailed shot list and confirm if there are any additional needs or specific requests you may have.

Your photography day has finally arrived. All the careful planning will now be put into action. You will be expertly guided through your session to make the experience as enjoyable and productive as possible.

On the photo day you will have the option for staff to select their images straight after they have been taken. Alternatively, a proofing gallery can be sent out within 48 hours, showcasing each person’s best images for review. your team can then select their favourite images to be processed. once all selections have been made, your final high quality images will be promptly delivered within 5 business days.
